This Privacy Policy explains how SRE-Klara LLC (Atlanta, Georgia, USA) (“klarexa,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use klarexa. klarexa is a tool for real-estate professionals and is intended for users in the United States.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and brokerage details you provide when you sign up or complete your profile. We use passwordless sign-in (magic link / Google) handled by our authentication provider.
• Operating market — the state/market you operate in, used to scope reports.
• Property queries — the addresses and report parameters you enter.
• Client information you submit — if you use the agent-link or client features, contact details for clients you or they enter (name, email, phone).
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited billing status and identifiers.
• Usage and log data — technical information such as actions taken, device/ browser data, and error diagnostics, used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

• To provide the service and generate the property reports you request.
• To authenticate you, maintain your account, and process subscriptions.
• To provide support, communicate service and account notifications, and ensure security.
• To monitor, debug, and improve reliability and quality.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How reports are generated & data providers

When you request a report, klarexa sends the property address (and, where applicable, related location identifiers) to third-party and public data sources to assemble the report. These include categories such as public/government records (e.g., flood, environmental, demographic, and county assessor data), and licensed providers of property, valuation, and market data. We also use an AI provider to compose the report’s written analysis from the collected data.

4. Service providers (sub-processors) and sharing

We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf to run klarexa, including:

• Hosting & infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) — application hosting, storage, and transactional email.
• Database & authentication (Supabase) — account data and sign-in.
• Payments (Stripe) — subscription billing.
• AI processing (Anthropic) — the property data assembled for a report is sent to generate the written analysis. We use it via business terms that do not permit training on your inputs or outputs.
• Property & public-data providers — to retrieve the data shown in reports.
• Error monitoring — to detect and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect klarexa, our users, or the public.

5. Client data and your role

When you submit information about your clients, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to do so. With respect to that client information, klarexa acts on your behalf to provide the service, and you remain responsible for your obligations to those clients.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below; some records may be retained where required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You may access or update your account information in the app. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or ask questions about our practices, by contacting us at privacy@klarexa.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights; we will honor those that apply.

10. Children

klarexa is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
